Prosthetic Division

The Prosthetic Division of D&J Medical is dedicated to helping our patients return to normal function with the comfort, appearance, and performance they need and deserve.

Using your specific form and physical requirements, we design your custom prosthesis in our laboratory. We use only the highest quality materials and components that we determine are best suited to your particular needs. We craft a custom-made precision instrument for you using our knowledge of anatomy and physiology, our technical skills, and our creative energies.

When your prosthetic device is ready, we test and re-test its fit, function and comfort until we reach the optimal functional outcome. We know we have done the best job possible when we are all completely satisfied with your level of function and mobility.

At D&J, we can provide prosthetics for the lower extremity (feet, above-knee-amputation, and below-knee-amputation) and the upper extremity (upper and lower arm, hand, and fingers) whether the loss of limb is a result of trauma, diabetes, vascular disease, or a congenital condition.

Our prosthetic team sees patients at our Forest Hill, Towson, and Baltimore locations and will consult pre-operatively at clinic visits or in the hospital when requested by your physician.
