Orthotic and Prosthetic Warranty

We guarantee that the orthotic device being provided to you will be made to your measurements and properly fitted to correspond to your anatomical condition at the time of your visit. In the case of stock items, the proper device will be selected and sized according to your specific needs.

All necessary alterations or adjustments pertaining to your device will be made at no charge to you or your insurance company for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery.

In the case of prosthetic devices, all necessary adjustments to the fit and alignment will be made at no cost to you or your insurance company for a period of 180 days from the date of delivery.

This warranty does not apply to adjustments necessitated by physical changes in the patient. It does not apply if there is evidence of misuse or if there is evidence that the device has been altered by anyone other than the professional staff of D&J Medical. Individual manufacturers’ warranties on orthotic devices and components of prosthetic devices will be included in the D&J warranty.

If the return of a product is warranted, D&J Medical will accept the device and/or return the device to the manufacturer for a period of 60 up to days from the date of delivery.

This warranty is made in lieu of other warranties, whether expressed or implied.
